m2r Education are proud to be working with this British Council accredited provider of UK Summer Schools who need EFL Teachers to join them in July 2023!
They are one of the biggest summer school providers in the UK, fully accredited by the British Council. They aim for high standards in their programmes and consequently are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, outgoing staff.
Locations and dates:
Hatfield – 4th July to 31st July
Bath – 7th July to 31st July
Epsom – 5th July to 31st July
Ellesmere – 5th July to 31st July
Chelmsford – 4th July to 31st July
Responsibilities:
- To plan and deliver dynamic lessons appropriate to the needs of students and the set curriculum and course aims in accordance with centre requirements
- Deliver an outstanding classroom experience to all students
- Ensure students achieve learning outcomes through the delivery of engaging lessons
- Assist with student diagnostic testing
- To always behave in a courteous and professional manner with colleagues, clients and students and to respect the Staff Code of Conduct
- Build an effective rapport with students and other teaching staff
- Be proactive in monitoring student performance and informing the Course Director of any concerns
- To adhere to company dress and behaviour codes
- Attend the compulsory Induction training which takes place immediately prior to the start of the course
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Trinity TESOL / CELTA or equivalent (B.Ed, PGCE Primary English/MFL/Secondary English/MFL)
- Previous teaching experience although they do welcome applications from newly qualified teachers
- Experience of working with young learners
- UK Right to work
- Willingness to teach up to 36 hours a week, which may include leisure activities and supervision duties
Rate:
- Up to £21 per hour
July 2023 Start
