They are looking for a Hospitality and Catering Tutor to support them at HMP Norwich. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality teaching in non-accredited introductory theory and practice to adult learners in a secure setting.
  • Contributing to curriculum development and adapting curricula to meet learner needs.
  • Supporting high participation and attendance by providing inspiring and engaging sessions.
  • Maintaining learner records and information.
  • Utilising your knowledge of the relevant sectors and industries to bring the topics to life with your learners.
  • Work with key stakeholders to evaluate and develop solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintaining confidentiality with respect to the learners


  • Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) OR minimum 3 years of experience in theory and practical vocational training or education
  • Assessor qualification desirable but not essential
  • Learner-focused with the motivation to deliver strong outcomes
  • Strong IT skills
  • Valid DBS


  • Salary £30,000-£34,000 per annum depending on experience
