They are looking for a Hospitality and Catering Tutor to support them at HMP Norwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality teaching in non-accredited introductory theory and practice to adult learners in a secure setting.
- Contributing to curriculum development and adapting curricula to meet learner needs.
- Supporting high participation and attendance by providing inspiring and engaging sessions.
- Maintaining learner records and information.
- Utilising your knowledge of the relevant sectors and industries to bring the topics to life with your learners.
- Work with key stakeholders to evaluate and develop solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintaining confidentiality with respect to the learners
Requirements:
- Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) OR minimum 3 years of experience in theory and practical vocational training or education
- Assessor qualification desirable but not essential
- Learner-focused with the motivation to deliver strong outcomes
- Strong IT skills
- Valid DBS
Package:
- Salary £30,000-£34,000 per annum depending on experience
- 32 days annual leave (including public/bank holidays)
