Summary
m2r Education are proud to be working with this British Council accredited provider for teaching English. They need EFL Teachers to join them in July.
They need English Language Teachers starting 3rd July for 4 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- To have completed all preparation and photocopying before the morning meeting at 9am
- To follow the Junior programme syllabus already established by Choices International
- To complete a weekly teaching plan at the start of each week
- To lead a weekly seminar with all students on Wednesday mornings, reviewing and developing the themes that the West Ham United Foundation International Academy representatives will introduce to the student body in earlier seminars
- To complete registers for each class and report absences to the Centre Manager and DoS
- Ensure classrooms are kept tidy and well presented
- Ensure all necessary reports are written by each Wednesday
- To teach for at least 15 hours per week
- To organise feedbacks and progress reports during the first week and at the end of the course.
- To report any incident or bad behaviour in the class to the Centre Manager and DoS
- To assist preparing all course completion diplomas for students
Minimum Requirements:
- TEFL, CELTA, Trinity Diploma in TESOL or equivalent
- Independent and able to problem solve
- Strong leadership skills, be able to manage, develop and motivate and able to set high standards
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
- Independent and able to problem solve
- Able to deal well with pressure
- UK Right to work
Working Hours
The teaching hours will consist from 15 to 28 hours per week depending on the session, notwithstanding the working day at Summer Camps will vary depending on the schedule of activities on a daily basis.
Rate:
- £35 per hour
