At m2r Ltd our aim is to help you secure a full time, permanent sales role. We will assist you as much as possible and provide as much guidance and coaching as required. As director of m2r Ltd I expect all our candidates to be open and honest with us at all times, I cannot allow interview non-attendance due to the damage it could cause.
If you are not interested in the role discussed or you have accepted another position, please inform us as there is nothing more unprofessional than a candidate failing to turn up to an arranged interview. Not only does this damage our reputation but could also hinder your future career in what is an extremely transient and incestuous industry.
At m2r Ltd we operate a one strike and out policy; this may appear harsh, but we have excellent relationships with our clients and can get you into companies where others would fail. We are extremely proud and passionate about what we do and will not allow people to tarnish our name. At least you are safe in the knowledge that you will get 100% attention from us!
So, if you fail to attend an interview without giving us prior warning, as explained we will:

<li>Permanently remove your details from our database. </li>
<li>Retract your CV from any other m2r Ltd clients that have received your details from us.</li>
<li> Decline to work on your behalf should you apply for any of our positions in the future.</li>
</ul>
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to recover any administration costs incurred.
I do not ever want to be in this situation, and I appreciate that from time to time situations occur that are beyond your control, so all I ask is a quick call / email / text to keep us informed.
