He approached me with reference to the position i currently hold in October 2010, although the position had originally been filled by another agency he kept me in mind. When he found out that the position had not been filled he contacted me again to see if i was still interested. This was late November. Having had an indepth conversation in October i had few concerns and was happy to continue with the recruitment process, which resulted in me happily working here in Bahrain.
