We are looking for an experienced Bahraini with a background in retail leasing to work for this well respected organisation in Bahrain.

As Leasing Manager you will be report in directly to the CEO and will be responsible for a team of 5 direct reports. You will be drive the negotiation of leases with existing, new and prospective clients with a constant eye on the fiscal opportunity for the organisation.

Skills & Experience:

Qualification
- Minimum BSc degree // Preferably MSc degree
- 7-10 years professional experience in related field

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Background in retail and property management
- International and domestic market experience
- Preference: previous employment in mall management
- Familiar with local laws and regulations
- Has a broad network and contacts
- Computer literate, Oracle background is a plus
