This organisation is involved in the provision of Business Services. Established over 20 years ago, they are a global player and have clients around the world. They currently have an immediate requirement for Sales Manager with a proven b2b managerial background to manage a field sales team out of Dubai.

You will be responsible for managing the sales team, coaching, training and motivating, dual calling and ensuring all revenue targets are achieved. We require a Sales Manager with a proven track record in managing a new business team within a b2b environment as this is a direct sales role.

You must be able to prove at interview and the desire and motivation to survive within a demanding environment.
