We are working on behalf of this well-established Bahrain based organisation that requires a highly experienced Human Resource Manager ideally with experience gained workin for a Multi-national organisation.



The role involves managing Human Resources projects to ensure implementation of HR Strategy and Plans.



Your strong communication skills will be critical in managing internal communications throughout all the departments. Your ability to handle the policies and process of employee relations will be essential in this role.



You will have:



• Degree in Human Resource Management or professional certificate in HR



• 5 years’ experience in core HR domain



• Experience in handling HR dept. functions at a senior level.



To be considered for this role you must meet the requirements stated above and speak Arabic, English and ideally other languages are required to ensure you have the right communication skills and local awareness for the company.
